Entries are already open for this year's run so book your place now before they all go!

The annual run through the streets of Manchester city centre is one of the largest and most prestigious mass participation runs in the UK.
If you would like to secure your own place to run for Seashell Trust, just visit www.greatrun.org and then let us know and we will send you a Team Seashell Running Pack and T-shirt.

Or, if you would prefer to take one of our places (£37 per place) and can raise a minimum of £120 for the Seashell Trust please get in touch. We will be on hand to help you with your fundraising, with lots of great ideas so that you can be sure to smash your fundraising target!

And on the day itself, we'll be looking for people to join our Cheering Committee to encourage our runners, so if you'd rather not run but still want to come along, do call us. Plus we'll all meet for a celebratory drink afterwards to swap stories of the day.
