Signalong Foundation Course

Our 12 week Signalong course begins on 20th April
Fridays from 10am - 12pm
Price: £100

If you’re supporting a person with communication difficulties as a result learning disabilities, attending our Signalong course could have a big impact.  Signalong uses signs and symbols to help people communicate. It’s designed to support spoken language and the signs and symbols are used with speech in spoken word order.

Strictly Seashell

28th April 2018

Seashell Trust has held an annual charity ball for the past 21 years, and this year Seashell is ringing the changes by introducing a Strictly Come Dancing style element to proceedings.  Sponsored by PZ Cussons, some of our supporters will undergo intensive dance tuition and then compete on the night to win the coveted trophy. 

The event is to take place at the fabulous, brand new Rolls Royce showroom in Wilmslow.

Seashell Trust are pleased to announce that we are holding a Intervenor Course for Intervenors or staff offering 1:1 support to someone with congenital Deafblindness/Multi-Sensory Impairment in association with NatSIP and Sense. This is the original Intervenor course, developed and delivered by Jenny Fletcher and colleagues from Sense.
