Seashell Trust Stay & Play

Drop in on Wednesdays any time from 10.30am until 2.30pm (term time only)
Cheadle Hulme, near Stockport and Manchester

Seashell Trust’s Stay and Play takes place every Wednesday and is for babies and preschool children with complex or special needs.

Families don’t need to have received a formal diagnosis to join us.

Stay and Play is a friendly, informal group where you can have fun and support your child’s learning through play.  Each week we hold different activities to support your child’s development in areas like communication, early exploration, movement and independence.  There are plenty of toys, including sensory toys and nice comfy seats for parents! Your child can also try some messy play (without messing up your own home!).

It's also an opportunity to meet and chat with other parents and carers and we've seen some lovely friendships made at Stay and Play.

You’ll be supported by specialist staff who can offer information, advice and support around helping your child’s development. All Stay and Play activities are ones you can do at home as well as part of the group.

It’s completely free to attend and you can drop in any time between 10.30am and 2.30pm.  Tea and coffee are provided and please feel free to bring lunch.

This is a friendly group and everyone is welcome. We just ask that before you attend, you register by email at: outreach@seashelltrust.org.uk or call us on 0161 610 0741. We look forward to meeting you!
