Our mission as Seashell Charity is to help children and young adults with the most complex needs, and their families, live their best lives. We need like-minded volunteers like yourselves to help our children reach their full potential.
We have a range of inclusive volunteering opportunities, both on individual and corporate levels, and a number of ways you can start volunteering with children and young people with learning disabilities.
Corporate Volunteering
Corporate volunteering is a fantastic way for your business to give back and improve the lives of our children. If your company is looking to support a charity working on the frontline in caring for children and young adults with additional needs, we would greatly appreciate your help and support.

Do you feel you have something to give as a Seashell volunteer with disabled children? Support us in the classroom or with our events, general administration and garden maintenance. Lend a hand at our community sports, health and wellbeing sessions. Join us during the day or evening, on a regular basis or as a one-off.
Volunteering with disabled children is an extremely rewarding experience. We have a fantastic team of volunteers whose hard work and dedication to improving the lives of our students and their families are at the forefront of everything they do.
Whether you already have a specialism you can bring to our children or a special interest you’d like to share, your time volunteering with our children can change their and their families’ lives.
