Community Adult Inclusive Swimming

Adult Inclusive swim sessions are aimed at building confidence in the water.
The warmer water in our fully inclusive pool is especially good for those who have health conditions such as arthritis and during rehab after an accident or injury.
Monday 21st October – 12.00pm – 1.00pm
£8 per person, carers free of charge
