Preparing for Adulthood, Moving on Event

We have invited various providers from Stockport and surrounding areas to come to Seashell to showcase what their organisations have to offer. This will range from day provisions, residential settings, supported living settings and more!

This event is a great opportunity to speak to different representatives from organisations and gather some information and learn more about the options available post college.mar
You will also have the opportunity to speak with Nicole Smith, as Transitions Coordinator to explain what the transitions process will look like. Our Benefits Advisor will also be providing some information leaflets.

The event will run from 10am – 12 noon and light refreshments will be provided.

We would be grateful if you could let us know if you plan to attend the event by emailing nicole.smith@seashelltrust.org.uk and whether you would like your son/daughter to attend. We can then arrange support for them from the college staff team.
