You can help future generations of children and young adults with complex disabilities achieve their full potential.
Have you ever thought about leaving a gift in your Will? Donating to Seashell in your Will is lifechanging for future generations of children and young adults with the most complex disabilities.
Seashell has been at the forefront of disability education and care for over 200 years. We are proud of the impact we have had on every disabled child and young person who has benefited from the services at Seashell. As we look to the next 200 years, we know there will be huge changes in the care and education of children and young people with complex disabilities.
Your legacy can make sure that Seashell remains at the forefront of giving children and young adults with complex disabilities the opportunity to live their best lives.
How can my legacy make a difference?
Armaghan has always been very creative, spending hours on his artwork. At Seashell he was able to explore this passion further and found he wanted to be an artist. At Royal College Manchester this passion was allowed to flourish into paid employment.
Evie’s learned to communicate more effectively while at Seashell. She was able to learn how to express her emotions. Sadly, while at Seashell her mother passed away. Evie was able to process her feelings and emotions more effectively helping her through this traumatic time.
Even a small amount of your estate could make a profound difference to the lives of children and young adults with the most complex disabilities. Here are some of the things your legacy could make a reality….
1% of a £100,000 estate could fund a specialist sleep workshop for families who are in desperate need of guidance and support.
2% of a £250,000 estate could fund inclusive gym equipment in our onsite fitness suite to improve a young person’s and staff’s health and wellbeing.
2% of a £500,000 estate could fund Eyegaze technology to support non-verbal students to communicate for the first time.
7% of a £750,000 estate could fund a year’s supply of physiotherapy equipment to support students with mobility needs.
Thank you so much for showing your interest in leaving a gift in your Will.
