Strictly Seashell 2026 – A Night at the Musicals
Strictly Seashell 2026 was a record-breaking year!
On 16 May, eight brave dancers learned a musical-inspired routine to perform in front of over 400 guests and three celebrity judges, all to raise money for Seashell. We’re incredibly moved by the generosity and philanthropy in the room to support us to raise £458,607!
It was a record-breaking night and we loved every minute – including seeing our staff and students on stage, showing inspirational videos that demonstrate our mission, and of course the fabulous performances. Thank you so much to everyone that made this night special. We couldn’t do this without you! We’re counting down the days to Strictly 2027, watch this space…

What’s it all about?
Strictly Seashell: A Night at the Musicals saw dancers battle it out with their professional partners in the hopes of scoring a perfect 10 from our celebrity judging panel. We also had a drinks reception, dinner and auction. Here’s how it went…
Support Young People with Complex Disabilities
Seashell is a national provider of highly specialised education and residential care for some of the country’s most disabled children and young adults. We operate a special school (Royal School Manchester), a specialist college (Royal College Manchester), 17 residential homes, and a host of sport and activity camps as well as support programmes for families and the wider community.
The needs of our students are so complex, their local schools and colleges simply do not have the expertise to support them. Seashell is a beacon of hope and a lifeline to many families who struggle to access the adequate care and education their child deserves. Seashell is a place where, after many years of struggling to cope, families can finally see a brighter future.
