About Seashell
Originally founded in 1823, Seashell Trust is a nationally recognised and registered charity based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. The Trust comprises of the Royal School Manchester, Royal College Manchester, 17 bespoke Residential Care Homes, Outreach Health and Family Services.
We provide expert Education and Residential care for children and young adults with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairments, communication disorders and Autism. Role Summary
This position is an instrumental role in driving recruitment excellence across Seashell’s vacancy portfolio.
Working closely with the Talent Business Partner, the Internal Recruiter will play a key part in supporting the end-to-end service delivery for departments, building relationships and providing a point of contact for talent acquisition advice and coordination.
About you…
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the full recruitment cycle, preferably from within our sector, but this is not essential. You’ll have worked either in an in-house/RPO or agency environment in a KPI and deadline driven environment.
We are looking for someone who can build and develop key relationships at all levels, has a proactive approach when collaborating with other departments and can provide an excellent service whilst recruiting the best talent in our sector.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous Talent role experience, either in-house or agency environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, confidentially able to build relationships across all levels
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to coordinate a range of stakeholders and guide/advise on policy and procedure to ensure talent selection activities are delivered with excellence.
- Strong communicator both written and verbal, including a confident and professional telephone manner
- Tact and discretion, when dealing with confidential information.
- Strong organisational and process management skills
- Knowledge of technology and IT Systems, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous interviewing experience, either first line level or below
