Role Summary
We are at an exciting point in our journey and are looking for a Human Resources and Development Administrator to join the team!
You will be delivering day to day administration across the HR and Development team, ensuring that we provide an excellent experience for all our colleagues and stakeholders when engaging with the HRD function.
You will work collaboratively across the HR, Talent and Development team functions, covering administration of the full employee journey.
About you…
Our ideal candidate will have an interest in or currently working within human resources.
You will be passionate and enthusiastic about our mission and want to work within the charity sector.
Ideally you will have completed or be working towards a CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent, however, we are also keen to speak to individuals that have a strong interest in this field, with relevant transferable skills.
We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience of working in an office based administrative role.
- Excellent levels of computer literacy, including Word and Excel.
- Experience of maintaining HRD systems/databases.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with data analytics- can make sense, translate and utilise data.
- Ability to work with limited supervision but seek advice when appropriate.
- Ability to deliver tasks and work to deadlines.
