What you’ll be doing
You’ll use your expertise in L&D to:
- Work in partnership with the Senior L&D BP to execute an L&D strategy to meet current and future business need.
- Operate as a business partner or internal consultant to understand the digital literacy and needs of the business, procuring, designing and delivering learning and development activity to support this.
- Maximise the ‘as is’ learning and development eco-system at Seashell, taking advantage of opportunities to embed digital or blended learning solutions, whilst keeping abreast of upcoming technologies that we might take advantage of as our eco-system changes.
What we’re looking for:
- Passion for coaching and developing stakeholders
- Strong experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels throughout the entire recruitment cycle.
- Previous experience delivering digital maturity projects
- A demonstrable background in training and delivery both in person and virtually
- Strong relationship and rapport building skills Influencing, negotiating, and consulting skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
- Project management experience with a digital focus
- Working knowledge of learning and leadership theory and models, with the ability to apply practically to respond to needs
- Experience of working with a variety of Learner Management systems, ideally with Learner Experience features.
- Tact and discretion, when dealing with confidential information.
- Strong organisational and process management skills.
