We’re looking for a warm, approachable, and proactive individual to join our team as a Site Greeter at Seashell Trust. In this key front-facing role, you’ll be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all visitors. You’ll offer clear directional guidance, ensure the security of the main entrance, and always deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all visitors in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
- Provide accurate and clear directions to help visitors navigate the site and find parking
- Escort visitors to their destination when required
- Share information about Seashell Trust and our activities
Support the maintenance of a clean, tidy, and safe site environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A good standard of Maths and English
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly, polite, and approachable attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable with strong time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet

Seashell Trust is a 200-year-old, nationally recognised and registered charity based in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport.
The Trust is made up of the Royal School Manchester, Royal College Manchester, Residential Care Homes, Outreach Health and Family Services.
We provide residential care and education for children and young people with severe, profound, and complex learning difficulties and disabilities, sensory impairments and communication disorders and autism.
