Seashell is currently offering the following apprenticeships, including SEN teaching assistant apprenticeships, office-based apprenticeships and more:

  • Teaching Assistants – working one-to-one with the children in school.
  • Learning Support Assistants – working one-to-one with young adults in college.
  • Health Care Assistants – supporting students with high medical needs and working closely with the nursing team.
  • Residential Support Worker – working in the houses with either children or young adults, which is more of a care role.
