Danielle is the Registered Manager for our Children’s Service.
Danielle first joined Seashell in 2017, where she worked as a House Manager and Assistant Manager before moving on in 2020. She returned to Seashell in December 2024, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and experience gained across more than 18 years in the care sector. During her time away from Seashell, Danielle was the Registered Manager of a children’s home for young people with learning disabilities, leading high‑quality care and ensuring positive outcomes for the children she supports.
Throughout her career, Danielle has supported individuals with learning disabilities, complex medical needs, multi‑sensory impairments, and Autism. She has worked across a wide range of care settings, including residential children’s homes, home care for older adults, college residential provision, and adult residential services. Danielle holds a Level 5 qualification in Residential Childcare and is certified by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) as a Positive Behaviour Support Coach.
