Tina became Vice Chair of the Board of Directors in September 2021.

Tina joined the Board of Directors in November 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience of working within the fields of health, education and social care, both as a provider and as a commissioner. Tina’s commitment to integrated and holistic, care, health, education and support services that keep service users at the centre of everything, has been a consistent driver throughout her career.

Tina has enjoyed a broad and interesting career that has included; qualifying as a nurse, which instilled a passion for providing the best care for people; working in education, delivering mentoring programmes for young people and leading strategy and service transformation, designing and implementing major health care service developments. More recently Tina worked for a local authority heading up adult social care, where she established asset based assessments under the Care Act 2014 and refocussed the service on person centred care.

Career highlights include; building strong partnerships with service users, carers and families and the organisations that represent them; developing productive working relationships across health and social care and establishing and redesigning many services. Originally from Yorkshire, Tina lived in Cambridge and London prior to moving to Liverpool where she lives with her husband and youngest son.
