We’re so excited that The Brit Fest has once again named Seashell as its official charity partner for 2026.

This is the second year we’ve been involved in the event, which takes place in July and sees thousands of music fans enjoying an incredible line up of acts.

This year’s event includes performances from Happy Mondays, Wet Wet Wet, Jason Donovan, Eternal, Cast, Doctor and the Medics and many, many more.

The Brit Fest, which is held at Ashley Hall in Cheshire from 2-5 July, is hosted by Mike Toolan and Jenny Powell. We were proud to invite Mike to our campus in Cheadle Hulme last year, where he met with students and joined in a music session at Royal School Manchester.

You can view the video of what Mike got up to here:

The Brit Fest has been an incredible supporter of Seashell. Last year, college students Sam and Max were invited on stage with staff member Katherine Watson to speak about our organisation and explain why fundraising is so important. We’re very pleased that organisers have once again invited us back and staff and students will be there at the weekend. This will include a special moment on stage…but all will be revealed on the big day!

Seashell has also worked in partnership with festival organisers to develop a Safe Space. This area will be able to better accommodate those with sensory needs, as there it will be a quieter area with fidget toys and other distractions. Those who would like to stay in the space, or use it as a little time out area, will be able to do so throughout the festival.

Seashell will also have a stand running throughout the festival. If you do come along be sure to drop by our Seashell stall to say “hi”. You’ll also be able purchases raffle tickets to be in with a chance of winner some special prizes!
