Seashell has an amazing opportunity to join us as a School Administrator for our specialist school supporting students to live their best lives. This role shall be to support the Lead Administrator in order to provide effective and efficient administration processes for Royal School Manchester

Royal School Manchester is a special needs residential and day school offering outstanding multi-sensory learning, education and care for students aged 4 to 19. We provide tailored, special education and care, supporting children with learning difficulties, disabilities, complex health needs, and autism.
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a School Administrator who will support the Lead Administrator in order to provide effective and efficient administration processes. Previous strong administration experience is essential, preferably within an education sector.
- Strong administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Excel and Word, Management Information Systems
- Excellent organisation skills
- Ability to contribute, work as a member of a wider team but also able to work using own initiative
- To be able to communicate effectively with parents and other professionals
- Flexibility/adaptability in handling a large number of different tasks
- Committed to improving knowledge and skills
- Confidential approach to work
