Tactile Communication

Designed for professionals across education, health and social care, we offer specialist training in tactile communication.

This course will go through strategies on tactile communication when working with students with multi-sensory impairment and additional needs.

It will look at how we can further understand the expressive communication attempts our students make but are not always seen and discuss ways of increasing positive interactions for students with MSI. Participants will have the opportunity to participate in practical activities and discussions around deafblind communication.
