The Moulding Foundation Building

​Based in Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire, our teams can cater for up to 220 guests in our state-of-the-art Moulding Foundation Building. We have parking on site, and we can deliver conferences and banquets. We have a number of packages to suit your event, and our on site production team will help you bring your day to life. ​

​With flexible indoor and outdoor space, our venues flow to allow you to host arrival drinks, Keynote presentations and breakout sessions. ​

Our venue is based around three spaces which are available for you to use in your own way. These can be hired individually or in combination to create large-scale, impactful events, with flexibility throughout.

Heart Space, evening dinner event

Heart Space

Located at the ‘heart’ of our Moulding Foundation Building, this space can host 140 for dinner, be used as a less formal setting for a networking event, or act as the ideal staging area for guests to arrive and have a cuppa or a glass of fizz and some food. ​

​The room can be set with a completely clear floor, or it can be equipped with our pods where people can sit and network in a relaxed and comfortable environment.

Margaret Mason Hall

The Hall provides a beautiful conferencing and event space, centred on flexibility. Its tiered bleacher seats combined with floor seating can accommodate up to 220 people in a theatre style set up, and has the option to be removed altogether, with wheelchair access on all levels. Its full-length windows and integrated projection facilities make it the perfect space for a range of presentations. It can host a banquet for 120 guests.​

​The Hall’s location means it can be used in conjunction with the adjacent spaces, allowing space for registration, refreshments and exhibition.​

​The space can be offered with technical and catering packages to suit your requirements.

Courtyard

Our outdoor facility sits directly between The Margaret Mason Hall and our Heart Space, allowing your guests to move easily between sessions. ​

​A space with artificial grass, this can be the ideal area for people to grab some fresh air between meetings, or a fantastic space to serve refreshments in the warmer months. ​

​The Courtyard can also be set up with a marquee so that we don’t have to rely on the weather!

Our meeting spaces are also available to book for the times you need.

Board Room

Available to host up to 24 attendees around a large table, with online and dial in conferencing facilities. Catering and a self-serve kitchen option available.    

Meeting Rooms

We have two meeting rooms available. Our large meeting room hosts up to 18 attendees around a table and our small meeting room hosts up to 8 attendees around a table. Both meeting rooms have online and dial in conferencing facilities.  Catering can be provided.
