Hayley joined Seashell in June 2012 and has over 20 years’ experience at Director, C-Suite, and Board level across the private, public, and charity sectors.
Hayley works closely with the Chief Executive and manages a team of two Executive Assistants, who support the Executive Leadership Team, Seashell’s Board of Trustees, and Governing Boards for School and College. She also acts as Assistant Company Secretary, Governance Officer, and Clerk to Governors, as well as having professional responsibility for administration functions across Seashell.
Hayley lives in Bramhall with her partner and young son, and has shown her dedication to Seashell by summiting both Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp, abseiling, and skydiving for the charity.
