Sam is an experienced OFSTED Children’s Registered Manager who has worked with children of all ages presenting with a range of needs including; learning disabilities, complex health needs, Autistic Spectrum Condition and social emotional behavioral difficulties. Sam has worked within health and social care for over ten years and can provide a stable management influence to children’s residential services.

Sam holds a master’s degree in Psychology and a bachelor’s degree in Education Studies, and enjoys drawing upon this experience in our work with young people. Sam also holds NVQ level 5 Leadership and Management as well as multiple role specific qualifications. Sam was shortlisted as a Regional Finalist in The Great British Care Awards 2017 for her work as Registered Manager.

Sam strongly believes in keeping our young people at the heart of what we do and in doing so, works closely with families and support teams. Sam has high standards for the care we provide and is committed to continuous development within our service to achieve the best possible outcomes.
